Terms of Service

HOURLY RATE: $36.00 per hour. For information on contract rates and discounts, please call 888-404-3748.

MINIMUM: There is a 4 consecutive hour minimum of service required. Hours are billed to the nearest half hour. There are no split shifts. Billable time commences when chauffeur reports to Client’s vehicle location (if different than client’s address) and ends when chauffeur returns to drop off vehicle location (if different than client’s address) .

OVERTIME: In California, $15.00 premium per hour for all hours worked in excess of eight in one workday, for all hours worked in excess of 40 in one workweek, and for the first eight hours on the seventh day of work in any one workweek. In California, $30.00 premium per hour for all hours worked in excess of 12 in one workday and for any work in excess of eight hours on any seventh day of a workweek. Overtime is billed to Client when the same chauffeur works for the same Client.

WORKWEEK: Drive4Me’s – Chauffeur Service workweek is Sunday through Saturday.

HOLIDAYS and OBSERVED HOLIDAYS: $15.00 premium per hour on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and after 6 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

OVERNIGHT: Client will be charged a minimum of 10 hours of service per overnight stay. Client is responsible for the chauffeur’s room, meal expenses and board.

CANCELLATION: If client will cancel service within 12 hours of pick up time, a charge of the 3 hours of service will be added to the client credit card.

PAYMENT TERMS: Client’s credit card will be charged upon completion of service.

NON-PAYMENT: In the event client’s credit card is invalid and Drive4Me incurs costs and/or legal fees related to the collection of the outstanding balance, Client agrees to be liable for any and all reasonable legal fees and costs, in addition to the outstanding balance.

General Conditions

✓ The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to his vehicle during duration of Drive4Me services by them or any members of their party.
✓ Drug use or storing in the vehicle driven by Drive4Me Chauffeur is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
✓ Drive4Me’s chauffeur has the right to terminate the service without refund at anytime (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
✓ If at any moment during the service you are not fully satisfied with your chauffeur, please contact our dispatch at 888-404-3748 immediately.
✓ Drive4Me is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while chauffeur services are been providing.
✓ Drive4Me does not accept responsibility for delayed travel time due to unforeseen weather, traffic, road conditions or delays beyond our control.
✓ Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity while chauffeur services are been provided by Drive4Me drivers.

   • This document provides us with client contact, vehicle, and payment information. We need to gather this information before we are able to process your service request.

2. Driver Agreement
   • This document is a legally binding contractual agreement between you, the client, and Drive4Me. Before any service can be this form must be carefully read, signed, and handed to the driver.
