Drive4Me Chauffeur Service – Terms of use

Use of Drive4Me Chauffeur Services website and the reservations/bookings through this on-line reservation system provided are subject to the following “Terms & Conditions” described as:

• Chauffeur Services may only be requested online if the pickup time is no less than twenty four hours from the time of request. An online request may be denied if made less than twenty four hours, due to unavailability or invalid data entered by the customer, including, but not limited to, invalid credit card numbers, incomplete pickup information, and unserviceable requests.

• Drive4Me Chauffeur Service reservation department verifies the requested service details with the customers upon receiving the service request for accuracy purposes but it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that his or her request have been confirmed or denied. Once a request has been confirmed, all of these Terms and Conditions apply.

• Customers agree not to use the Web Site to: Transmit any material that infringes or misappropriates any third party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other proprietary rights.

• Transmit any material that is false, inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading Distribute computer viruses, worms, or software intended to damage or alter a computer system without the owner’s consent. Transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, threatening, harassing or other objectionable material.

• Send or relay any unsolicited advertising or chain letters. Resell use of, or access to, the Web Site or the Services to any third party without Drive4Me Chauffeur Service prior written consent.

• Drive4Me reserves the right to terminate your access to the Web Site or Services at any time without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, which you have abused or violated any of these terms and conditions.

• For all individual/personal account, services will be billed to the customer’s credit card. Established corporate accounts will be charged as per the agreed upon contract.

• Any additional gratuity paid to the chauffeur is at the customer’s discretion and will be in addition to the standard 20% gratuity. The bill will also include all out of pocket expense such as any tolls, parking fees, any service or administration fee, fuel surcharge and any applicable airport charges etc.

• Certain out of state trips any require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the chauffeur. If the Drive4Me Chauffeur Service requested exceeds the specified mileage limits in any given city, passengers are required to pay for the excess mileage at the locally applicable rates. Any charges for excess mileage should be paid directly to the chauffeur.

• Drive4Me Chauffeur Service pick-up time should be strictly adhered to, without exception. Pick-up time is not negotiable. Drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which the driver will advise the passenger that he can wait no longer and is being released to the next assignment.

• If a passenger fails to cancel his or her chauffeur service booking and the personal chauffeur or chauffeur car arrives at the appointed time and place only to be sent away, the guest will be charged our cancellation fee of 4 hours of service.

• Some special fare itineraries may have restrictions on Drive4Me Chauffeur Service. Please check at the time of booking your personal chauffeur driven service. Drive4Me Chauffeur Service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of pick up time.

• Drive4Me Chauffeur Service is not available to minors unaccompanied in the car by a parent or guardian.

• Chauffeur Service is not available to cross national borders.

• Some of Drive4Me Chauffeur Services are provided by third party suppliers. Drive4Me Chauffeur Service is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers, nor for any deficiency in the facilities and services offered. In particular, Drive4Me Chauffeur Service has no liability for loss, personal injury, or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services unless such loss, personal injury or death is / are caused solely by Drive4Me Chauffeur Service negligence.
